WelcomeIf you’re making the decision to seek a therapist, you’ve already taken a courageous step toward living more fully and peacefully.
Whether I’m working with one person or several in the room, I first aim to create a safe, supportive environment where you can gain some immediate relief from the discomfort, pain, or dissatisfaction that has led you to therapy. I then help you discover, understand, and change the patterns that may be interfering with your ability to live the life you wish for. The process of change can be difficult and most people entering therapy feel ambivalent—both desiring and resisting change. That’s normal. Crafting new solutions to old conflicts requires a commitment of time and effort, and it can be profoundly enriching.
